1. Remove the test strip from it"s foil wrapper. 2. Fill a clean cup with a urine sample and hold the strip in a vertical position. The urine level should not be higher than "max level" indicated into the urine. 3. Dip the test strip into the urine. 4. Read results after 5 minutes.
